I believe you are more than your thoughts.

As a fellow anxiety sufferer, I sometimes find myself caught up in my inner monologue that isn’t always so nice. I often have to remind myself to be kinder, and remember that everything is temporary. Eventually, I feel better and can think clearer. Those intrusive thoughts can sometimes be so strong, and for some of us, it can be debilitating. In our worst moments those thoughts can stop us from doing the simplest tasks.

I’m here to say that our thoughts do not control us, and with the right kind of help, we can learn to reshape our mindset, navigate challenges, and create a more empowering narrative for our lives.
